Our Story
Andril was established to address a real gap in Chennai's property management landscape — the absence of a truly professional, transparent, and owner-focused service. Too many property owners were struggling with unreliable tenants, poor maintenance, and zero visibility into their property's performance.
We built Andril to change that. Starting with a small portfolio of residential apartments in Chennai, we developed systems, processes, and a team culture centred entirely on owner satisfaction and property excellence.
Today, we manage over 500 properties across Chennai — from individual apartments and villas to large residential complexes and corporate housing portfolios. Our clients include resident owners, NRIs, corporate companies, and real estate investors.
